Fleet Operations: Building Visibility into an EMS Fleet's Maintenance Spending
A department could see the total maintenance bill, but not what was driving it. Vehicle maintenance costs existed only as scattered vendor invoices and work orders. Leadership knew the total was climbing, but had no way to see which vendors, which repair types, or which specific vehicles were driving it.
This analysis broke it down by vendor, repair category, and vehicle, and found which units were quietly bleeding the budget.
Built a tracking workbook that ingests every maintenance entry and automatically rolls it up three ways: by vendor, by repair category, and by individual vehicle, with a protected summary sheet so staff can log new entries without breaking the formulas underneath.
Learning & Compliance: Transforming Training Data into Workforce Readiness Insights
Leadership needed to know whether employees were meeting continuing education requirements, but training records were spread across multiple spreadsheets, forms, and reports. Manual tracking, inconsistent reporting, and missing documentation made it difficult to monitor compliance, identify training gaps, or quickly answer workforce readiness questions.
This project centralized continuing education data into a single reporting system, providing visibility into compliance status, training participation, and certification progress while eliminating much of the manual effort required to produce reports.
Built an Google Sheets based analytics dashboard that consolidates training records from multiple sources into one protected reporting system, automatically generating compliance summaries, employee training transcripts, participation metrics, and leadership dashboards that support proactive planning and decision-making.

Performance Improvement: Turning Clinical Data into Actionable Insights
Leadership needed a reliable way to evaluate cardiac arrest performance, identify trends, and monitor adherence to evidence-based treatment guidelines. Clinical data existed across patient care reports and manual reviews, making it difficult to consistently measure performance, identify improvement opportunities, or provide timely feedback to crews.
This project centralized key clinical performance metrics into a structured reporting system, providing visibility into treatment performance and protocol compliance while supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Built an Google Sheets based analytics dashboard that consolidated cardiac arrest case data into standardized reports, automatically tracking quality metrics, protocol adherence, performance trends, and improvement opportunities to support clinical leadership, education, and evidence-based decision-making.
Financial Analysis: Enhancing Conference Budget Planning
Conference expenses were tracked across multiple vendors and budget categories, making it difficult to monitor spending, evaluate costs, or quickly answer budget-related questions. Leadership needed greater visibility into how funds were being allocated and where opportunities existed to improve financial planning.
This project organized conference expenditures into a centralized reporting system that provided clear visibility into budget utilization, spending by category, vendor costs and profitability.
Built an Excel based analytics dashboard that dashboard that automatically summarized expenses by category, vendor, and budget line, providing leadership with actionable financial insights to support planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
