Situation
Following cardiac arrest responses, performance information was collected but lacked a standardized method for evaluating clinical performance, identifying trends, and providing meaningful feedback to providers. Leadership needed a consistent process to measure protocol compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Approach
Designed and implemented a post-event performance analysis system to standardize cardiac arrest data collection, evaluate clinical performance, and deliver meaningful reporting for providers and organizational leadership.
The solution established a consistent workflow for capturing performance metrics, generating automated feedback, monitoring compliance, and identifying trends to support continuous quality improvement.

Insights
