The Opportunity
Many employees spend significant time developing technical skills but rarely pause to intentionally evaluate their personal growth, leadership potential, and professional goals. This workshop was created to provide a structured process for reflection and intentional development.
This workshop was designed to help Field Training Officers become more intentional leaders by enhancing self-awareness through guided self reflection and develop MASTER goals with SMART action plans through practical interactive exercises.
My Role
Identified an opportunity to strengthen leadership among Field Training Officers.
Designed and facilitated an interactive leadership development workshop focused on self-reflection and growth planning.
Created curriculum, learning activities, participant resources, and facilitator materials.
Led experiential learning through self-assessments, role-playing, and team exercises.
Evaluated participant feedback to support continuous improvement.

Approach
Designed and facilitated an interactive workshop that integrated guided self-reflection, goal setting, feedback analysis, and growth planning into a structured leadership development experience. Through individual reflection, collaborative activities, and practical planning exercises, participants identified opportunities for growth, developed personalized action plans, and built strategies to support long-term professional development.
Leadership Development Journey
From Self-Reflection to Intentional Growth: Designing experiences that help leaders understand themselves, strengthen their skills, and create actionable development plans.
To support open, honest conversations and maintain a trusted learning environment, photos and recordings were not permitted during the session. The featured workbooks, activities, and presentation materials showcase the tools and framework developed for this leadership experience.

What I Learned
Designing and delivering this course reinforced that effective organizations invest in people as intentionally as they invest in processes. This workshop reflects my belief that meaningful improvement begins with self-awareness, continuous learning, and actionable goals. I learned that lasting growth occurs when people are given structured opportunities to reflect, receive feedback, and create actionable plans that translate insight into sustained behavioral change.
